Job Description

Successful applicants hired by any of our clients will be expected to handle the following tasks

This task involves packing finished products into packages and labeling them accordingly at the packaging section of the factory. Afterward, you will be expected to label the packages according to specifications.

This job involves a lot of heavy lifting, so you have to be physically fit to complete tasks successfully. The items you will be asked to lift may be raw materials, equipment, and work tools, or finished products.

From time to time, during work hours, your supervisor will direct you to different areas of the facility to perform roles vital to the production or operations process.

Qualifications

The qualifications for this job are minimal. They are as follows.

A High school diploma or an equivalent

You have to be physically fit. The job involves a lot of lifting, standing, walking, and body movements. In addition, during extremely busy schedules, you may be on the move from one area of the facility to the next. Performing tasks with speed is vital because there are time values attached to each task.

Arriving to work on time is vital. Workers are expected to be on the ground at least five to ten minutes before work resumes.

Following instructions is another essential part of the job. Careful handling of items is important, and so is performing tasks diligently. You should also be able to work with minimal supervision after you are issued with work instructions for the day.

The job is a physical one, not mental. Therefore, tasks have to be performed with alacrity and speed, not perfunctorily. Having a positive attitude will be rewarded as bosses will be willing to delegate more responsibilities to you and reward you accordingly.

If you have previous work experience, that will be an added plus. However, having no experience at all is not a disqualifier.

Working under pressure is also expected as there will be times when you will be asked to perform multiple routines in successive sessions or the same routines for extended periods.

You should also be able to collaborate with other team members to complete tasks. For example, you may be asked to work in twos or threes or with a larger group. Completing your own portion of tasks will go a long way to help your team meet its targets.
